Terms of Service

These terms apply to every purchase made on the Soft Gloss Co. online store. By placing an order, you agree to them. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

1. About us

This store is operated by Soft Gloss Co., Calle Sitja 52, 2º 2ª, 25180 Lleida, Spain. Email: contact.ibrahimadiawara@gmail.com. The store is hosted on Shopify.

2. Products

We sell lip cosmetics. We do our best to show product colours and details accurately, but colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Some products carry the manufacturer's brand on the packaging. Please read the ingredients on the packaging and do not use a product if you are allergic to any of them. Stop use if irritation occurs.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Customers outside the euro area may see prices converted to their local currency. Import duties and taxes for countries outside the European Union are not included unless collected at checkout (see our Shipping Policy). Payment is taken when you place your order. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors and to cancel orders affected by them, with a full refund.

4. Orders

Your order is a request to buy. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock or we suspect fraud; in that case you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

Shipping is free. Delivery times and conditions are explained in our Shipping Policy.

6. Withdrawal, returns and refunds

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to the hygiene exception for opened lip products. Full details are in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Legal guarantee

Consumers in the EU benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years. If a product is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund it as required by law.

8. Reviews and content

If you post a review, it must be honest and based on your own experience, and must not contain offensive or unlawful content. You allow us to display your review on our store. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

9. Liability

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for misuse of products contrary to their instructions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in your local courts. If you have a complaint, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
