Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to all of Europe (all European Union countries, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Gibraltar, the Western Balkans, Ukraine and Moldova), as well as the United States and Australia.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum purchase.

Delivery times

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery then takes approximately 6–12 business days. These times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods, holidays or because of customs checks.

Your order may arrive in more than one package if it contains several products.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcel.

Customs, duties and taxes

Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (for example the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States or Australia) may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. Unless they are collected at checkout, these charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or the tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, please contact us at contact.ibrahimadiawara@gmail.com and we will investigate and send a replacement or refund if the parcel is lost.

Wrong address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
